Refund & Returns Policy
1. Who you are purchasing from
Hyper Hitter products are sold through different channels depending on your location.
Australia & New Zealand
Products are sold and fulfilled by an authorized distribution partner. All shipping, warranty, returns, refunds, and consumer rights for these orders are governed by the distributor’s policies and terms. Customers located in Australia or New Zealand should purchase through the official distributor:

United States
Products are sold directly by Hyper Hitter Pty Ltd (Australia) via our website and fulfilled through a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (USA purchases only)
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We may request photos, videos, packaging images, or other information to assess the issue.
Damage or delivery issues reported outside this timeframe may be harder to verify and may affect our ability to approve a claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
3. Consumer rights & warranty
Australia & New Zealand
Goods sold through our authorized distributor come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent New Zealand consumer protections. Warranty handling and remedies are administered in accordance with the distributor’s published policies.
United States
For customers located in the United States, your rights are provided under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
Hyper Hitter products sold directly through our website include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, store credit, or other reasonable solutions depending on the nature of the issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact damage outside normal intended use, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents, incorrect installation, incompatible mounting setups, improper storage, commercial misuse, or normal wear and tear.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is installed correctly and used only with a suitable rack, rig, wall, or mounting surface. Damage caused by unsafe installation, unsuitable surfaces, loose fittings, incorrect hardware use, or incompatible gym equipment is not covered by warranty to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
4. Change-of-mind returns (USA purchases only)
We do not offer automatic refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to preference, incorrect selection, ordering by mistake, no longer wanting the product, or deciding the product is not suitable after purchase, unless required by applicable law.
Compatibility requirements are published on our website and form part of the product information. Customers are responsible for checking rack, rig, wall, and mounting compatibility before purchase.
If a customer believes the product is not compatible with their setup, Hyper Hitter may review the request on a case-by-case basis before approving any return. Incompatibility due to a customer’s rack, rig, mounting surface, incorrect measurements, or setup does not automatically qualify for a refund.
No item is to be returned without prior written approval from Hyper Hitter.
5. Return conditions (USA purchases only)
For any approved return, the item must be:
- unused and in original condition
- free from signs of installation, impact, wear, misuse, or damage
- securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
- returned with all included parts, accessories, hardware, and manuals
- repacked in its original packaging where possible
Returns may be refused, or any refund or remedy may be reduced, if items are returned used, installed, damaged, modified, incorrectly installed, poorly packaged, missing components, or not in resaleable condition, where permitted by law.
Products showing signs of use, wall mounting, rack mounting, impact damage, alteration, or incomplete return contents may not qualify for a refund unless the return relates to a verified fault covered by warranty or applicable law.
6. Return shipping (USA purchases only)
For approved returns that are not due to a verified fault, damage, or shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For approved warranty claims, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed following assessment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges, handling costs, and third-party logistics fees are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return relates to a verified fault, damage, or shipping error.
Orders fulfilled via third-party logistics providers may be subject to additional processing, handling, inspection, or transit times.
7. Refunds (USA purchases only)
Where a return has been approved, refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return relates to a verified fault, damage, or shipping error.
If an approved return is received incomplete, damaged, used, installed, or not in original condition, we may refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund where permitted by law.
8. Unauthorized returns and refused deliveries (USA purchases only)
Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed while we assess the item.
Refusing delivery, failing to collect a shipment, or returning an item without approval does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
Where permitted by law, any costs associated with refused deliveries, unauthorized returns, failed delivery attempts, return shipping, storage, or restocking may be deducted from any approved refund.
9. Installation, compatibility, and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking product specifications, rack compatibility, wall suitability, and installation requirements before purchase and before installation.
Hyper Hitter must only be installed on compatible racks, rigs, or suitable brick or concrete walls using appropriate hardware and safe installation practices.
Hyper Hitter is not responsible for damage to racks, rigs, walls, flooring, surrounding property, or the product itself caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, incompatible equipment, unsafe use, or failure to follow installation guidance, to the extent permitted by law.
10. How to request a return or warranty claim (USA purchases only)
To lodge a request, email info@hyperhitter.com with:
- your order number
- your full name and delivery address
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos or video evidence where applicable
- photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
If your request relates to compatibility, we may also ask for:
- a photo of your rack, rig, wall, or mounting setup
- a photo showing the Hyper Hitter with your current setup
- the rack model/type, if known
- measurements of the upright width and through-hole size
- photos of the product condition from multiple angles
We reserve the right to request additional information to assess your claim before approving any return, replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
